Take good note; with a further two bars, Veronica’s (named after a long standing staff member) and The Reef, fruity spirits and botanicals served in sweet rimmed glasses will be a running theme here. And that’s not forgetting rum tasting with Fario every Thursday.

The look is essentially modern but with touches of classic colonial style; a clean white palette with pops of cobalt blue and turquoise reminding you of its namesake waters outside. The only resort on Soldier’s Bay means three practically-private beaches.
